Arnott’s have joined the fold at Malcove and will be utilizing XM Lava’s asset tracking system for the retrieval of onsite premium merchandise. Arnott’s who previously used a paper-based system for tracking display stands found, like many FMCG companies, that they were being damaged or lost without any simple way of tracking their status or returning them for repair. Now with XM’s Asset-Tracking, they are able to report on their whereabouts in real-time and return units to Malcove for repair or replacement in a few seconds.
